Our Technical Service and Support Team receives the latest training, updates, and expertise directly from traveling to meet with the design engineers that are the most knowledgeable in the operation of the equipment that you have purchased.All tools, sampling systems, and spare parts are stocked and delivered from the 20,000 square foot GroundTech Solutions® Service Center in Stouffville, Ontario.

Training
GroundTech Solutions® provides full on-site operating training on all equipment.
Training is also provided for the use of the drilling machines and associated tools. Delivery of new machines includes transportation of the equipment and tools directly to your office with a comprehensive training program and equipment commissioning. Training includes several in-depth sessions focusing on the operation, maintenance, and use of your new machine, associated tools and samplers.
